Aim

Course instructor
Rúni Rasmussen, founder of RR Consulting, brings broad and varied leadership experience. He holds a degree in political science and an MBA in change management, and has for many years worked with leadership development, organisational change, and strategic processes leidsla.fo. Rúni places particular emphasis on integrating practical experience with theoretical knowledge, and on ensuring that participants learn collectively and from one another.
