Recruitment
RR Consulting has extensive experience in leading recruitment processes, assessing applicants, and making recommendations to support decision-making. We manage such processes in very close collaboration with management and HR leaders, and with great respect for applicants and for the client’s role and needs.
In brief, we divide a recruitment process into four stages:
- Preparation (needs analysis, profile definition, and drafting the job advertisement)
- Reviewing and assessing applications based on the job advertisement and the organisation’s needs
- Interviews with selected applicants and assessment of their suitability
- Recommendation regarding the most suitable candidates
