About RR Consulting

RR Consulting provides expert advice in leadership, organisational development, strategy, and related fields. The company also offers keynote speeches, courses, process facilitation, and a range of analytical services.

Its aim is always to create value for clients through close and professional collaboration.

RR Consulting is owned and led by Rúni Rasmussen, who brings extensive leadership experience from a range of sectors. Advisory work and strategic guidance have been a central part of his professional career.

Rúni served as Head of Department in the Prime Minister’s Office for 12 years, and from 2021 to 2025 he was Chief Executive Officer of Klaksvík Municipality.

He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of the Faroe Islands and an MBA in Leading Change and Innovation from York St John University. In addition, he has undertaken further education and specialist training in project management, strategic foresight, and behavioural science (nudging).

Rúni is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and follows the CMI Code of Conduct in his advisory work.

RR Consulting also has a cooperation agreement with Dávid í Lág, a computer scientist, who contributes expertise in artificial intelligence and information technology.
