Today, Rúni was a guest on the radio programme Morgunløtan on Aldan. The conversation focused on leadership, what it means in practice, and why it is important to develop leaders across all sectors. He also spoke about why he launched the leadership platform leidsla.fo some time ago and the purpose behind it.
